Summary
I don’t have formal tutoring experience in the traditional sense, but I’ve tutored my peers during college. Besides that I have also tutored for SPM and IGCSE students part-time. I have worked with Kumon and Eye Level which has helped me learn different teaching methods designed to assist with different students and help people learn effectively. My qualifications stem from my educational background as I have Master in Civil Engineering and I currently work as an engineer. I'm able to assist in a vast range of topics, including science, mathematics and literature. I can break down complex ideas, explain concepts in simpler terms, and provide personalized learning support based on each person's needs.

Tutoring Methods / Style
I like to start my tutoring sessions with a quick recap of what has been studied before, either with a verbal pop quiz or 5 minute test just to refresh the student's memory. Then the actual lesson would start with me stating the learning goals for the session and I would use the prepared material (presentation/ questionnaire) to go thru the syllabus with the student. I focus on getting the students to get creative with their solutions to problem as I am a firm believer in multiple solutions to a problem. I would not be restricting the student by providing 1 solution to a problem. And I would end my class by answering any questions the student may have on past/ current lessons.
