I have 43 years of English language teaching experience and I have taught all kinds of students ( Government schools, Private International schools, Tuition Centres, ELSI Language Centres) as well as adults, and I am specialised in teaching IELTS. I am a native English speakers and able to customize materials to meet the needs of my students. I have also prepared doctors for the Occupational English Test.

I like to start my classes with warming up with conversation related to the topic that is going to be covered. For example The Simple Past Tense: I get the student to talk able how he or she spent the last weekend or even the say before. Then I go into testing the past tense verbs the student provides for given verbs in the present tense, before entering into the lesson proper with key time expressions used for the past tense; the pronunciation of different regular verbs with -ed endings, explaining why they are different, with my handouts, with further practice.
