Tutoring Methods / Style
Law is essentially a substantive subject, where you need to master the principle of a particular law before you are able to apply them in reality.
Evidence law, civil procedure & criminal procedure etc are the procedural law, in which they governs how the legal system works in Malaysia.
Henceforth, my lessons thereby I will conduct is to instil substantive legal knowledge by providing slides, notes and oral classes until one shows positive feedback of knowledge in regards to the field of law, then we'll proceed onto the practical side of things, ie the procedural law.
Will also prepare my own sets of question based on recent issues and common issues (similar to tutorial questions in uni) for respective students, and to provide assistance to the students to solve it.
