I am a Medical student at University Malaya. In the past, I have unofficially taught my friends and schooling family members to achieve good grades. I love to teach and would like to be able to help students on getting their desired grades at school. I can also give study tips on how to study smart, and make the best use of their time. My life motto is “Study hard, play hard.” At school, I am an excellent student, having achieved straight As in exams throughout my secondary education. I was awarded Dean’s List for my good grades in the MBBS program last year. As for my extracurriculars, I completed Grade 8 ABRSM Piano. Therefore, I can also provide Piano lessons for beginners/amateurs who are looking to learn how to read and play piano pieces.

Lessons would be conducted online via Zoom/Google Meet. I will provide worksheets for the students to complete during the lesson. The majority of students tend to only revise subjects by reading the syllabus/notes, and they forgo doing practice questions. Therefore, I will emphasize more on doing practice questions. I would discuss with the students on how best to approach each question and what key points are important for each question. For English, I will be emphasizing more on essay writing and summary writing as those are the areas most students tend to be weaker at. I would also be providing students with example essays where they can build their vocabulary. For Biology, I will be giving practice questions in SPM format for each topic in the syllabus. This way, students can familiarize themselves with what is required of them in the exams. For Chemistry, I will also give practice questions in SPM format for the student to do. I can also provide concise notes for the students to quickly revise. For Sejarah, I can help explain or translate the context for students who struggle to understand the topics. Finally, for Piano lessons, I can teach beginners and amateurs on how to read music pieces and play the piano.
