First class, I prepare teaching materials (revision books, exam paper questions), provide mini test to the students to gauge their current level for the subject (it usually takes 30 mins) Once confirmed, I start the class based on their current level * Help them understand knowledge or syllabus to build the foundation * If it is language subject, I teach from vocabulary (reading & understanding), grammar (repetitive application & understanding) Second class onwards, I teach based on their school syllabus by Chapter or using exam format questions After every 4 classes, I provide test to the students and update to parents how are their children's learning progress, what's their strength & weakness, plus it requires how long time to help them to the next grade (Example: From failed to pass or From C to A)
